Learn How To Handle Your Friends At Powerlifting Competitions

This video goes over some beginner tips on how you can handle a friend at a Powerlifting competition. While there’s a lot of planning and strategy that goes into handling a Powerlifter at higher-level meets, this isn’t necessary for the lower-level meets. So you can help out a family member or friend at a local meet with little to no experience. So in the video, I go over the different things throughout the day that you can help out with.

In addition, I mention the Powerlifting Competition Basics playlist I have with a number of videos to learn more about how a Powerlifting competition works and how to prepare for it. So if you want to learn more and be better prepared to help out your friend, then check out the videos I mention from that playlist!

My name is Arian Khamesi and I’m a Powerlifting Coach under Squats & Science. In addition, I’m involved in the sport of Powerlifting as an athlete, meet director, referee, scoring manager, committee member, and more. On this channel, I produce videos that are beneficial for Powerlifting athletes, coaches, meet directors, and referees. The videos will be most applicable to those involved in an International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) affiliate, like USA Powerlifting (USAPL). But many of the tips and tricks can also be used for those involved in other Powerlifting federations.
