Powerlifting Attempt Sheet Template Tutorial With Free File

In this VIDEO, I go over how you can build your own Powerlifting meet day game plan. I show a step-by-step guide on how to get started from scratch and build a template that includes information about the lifter, their warm-ups, their attempts, their projected total, a section for notes, and a section for a calculator to quickly calculate attempts. This is a very beneficial template to have whether you’re a lifter that builds your own meet day game plan or if you’re a coach who builds meet day game plans for many different lifters.

You can use an empty Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel workbook to build everything out along with me including the drop-down menus for age divisions, weight classes and records, and the automatic conversions from kilograms to pounds. In addition, you can grab the finished template for free using the link below. When you click on the link, you’ll get to my Google Sheet where you’ll then have to go to ‘File’ and then ‘Make A Copy’ in order to have your own copy that you can edit. This is free for you to use as-is or edit to change the looks and add more features. But, please DO NOT sell this as your own as that wouldn’t be very nice.

If you have any questions about the template or come across any errors, then you can comment them below or contact me directly through my email listed below.
