This video goes over how to use leg drive in the bench press. Many lifters have trouble figuring out how to use leg drive or have their butt come up when they use leg drive. So in this video, I breakdown a couple of key points when it comes to leg drive.
I go over why you should be driving the feet horizontally, not vertically. And I also go over why you should be using constant leg drive throughout the entire rep. In addition, I spend some time discussing good shoes for the bench, including whether you should use heeled or flat shoes.
