Sheffield recap episode with Heather Connor and Julia Williams. The 2023 Sheffield Powerlifting Championships was the most important competition in powerlifting history. The team at SBD pulled off something truly special with this event, and it will surely do more than any other competition to elevate our sport to the next level. Thank you to everyone at SBD for all that you do for powerlifting. Sheffield featured 8 superstars from Powerlifting America and all 8 of them qualified for the US National team headed to IPF Worlds in Malta in June. We talk about their outstanding performances at Sheffield and look ahead at some of the exciting matchups we’ll see at IPF Worlds.
