Full interview with 63kg powerlifter Julia Williams! Julia is a strong powerlifter that’s been competing since 2017. She tried almost all of the strength sports before sticking with powerlifting. Now she’s found her home in the 63kg weight class where she’ll be competing at Powerlifting America Nationals February 25, 2023.
