Full interview with 63kg powerlifter Julia Williams! Julia is a strong powerlifter that’s been competing since 2017. She tried almost all of the strength sports before sticking with powerlifting. Now she’s found her home in the 63kg weight class where she’ll be competing at Powerlifting America Nationals February 25, 2023. Prague, Czech Republic, May 18, 2013- Jeffrey Hadad ( Peterborough, NH) placed third in the 66kg/145.5Lb weight class at the 13th World Masters Men’s Bench Press Championships.
