On Sunday February 23 at Baystate Athletic Club in Scituate, Massachusetts 39 lifters from New England will square off in the 2014 Winter Classic, an open only meet. The open meet format hasn’t been used in New England in many years, the outcome of this should prove to see a deep competition at each weight class, squaring lifters of all ages against each other. Also of the 39 lifters, 31 are attached to team making this a great opportunity to showcase the best clubs in the area.
Registration and equipment check will begin at 7:00am with all weigh-ins will beginning at 7:30am. Weigh-ins will be in order of lot number, according to USAPL rules, so please arrive no later than7:00 to ensure you don’t miss your turn.
