1. Prior to lifting, you must 1st go through the check-in process. This includes showing your current USAPL membership, a photo ID, obtaining your rack heights, getting your equipment checked, giving your opening attempts, and officially weighing in.
2. If you’re competing in the squat, then you’ll warm-up prior to the start of your flight in the warm-up room. Then you’ll head over to the staging area and wait for your turn to execute your 3 attempts.
3. Once all squats are over, there’ll be a break prior to the start of the bench press. If there’s only 1 flight, then it’s a 𝟐𝟎-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 break and if there are 2 or more flights, then it’s a 𝟏𝟎-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 break.
4. If you’re competing in the bench press, then you’ll warm-up prior to the start of your flight in the warm-up room. Then you’ll head over to the staging area and wait for your turn to execute your 3 attempts.
5. Once all benches are over, there’ll be a break prior to the start of the deadlift. If there’s only 1 flight, then it’s a 𝟐𝟎-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 break and if there are 2 or more flights, then it’s a 𝟏𝟎-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 break.
6. If you’re competing in the deadlift, then you’ll warm-up prior to the start of your flight in the warm-up room. Then you’ll head over to the staging area and wait for your turn to execute your 3 attempts.
7. Once all lifting is complete, then there’ll be the 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 and 𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.
8. 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓 leave prior to drug testing selection unless you’ve gotten approval. If you’re selected for drug testing and you aren’t there, then it’s considered a failure and you’ll receive a 𝟒-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.
9. You’re now ready to dominate the platform. 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤!
